Kazi Ranga – Shillong

Early Morning go for a 1 Hour Elephant ride. After breakfast proceed for Jeep safari (at own expense) in the Central Range. Later enjoy the Local Village and Tea Garden (Outer View) tour. Overnight at Kaziranga. Kaziranga, the World Heritage Site is the oldest park in Assam and is located on the banks of the Brahmaputra River. Kaziranga National Park is a natural habitat for conservation of biologically diverse flora and fauna. After breakfast proceed for Jeep safari (at own expense) in the Central Range. Later enjoy the Local Village and Tea Garden (Outer View) tour. Overnight at Kaziranga. Note - Permit for Elephant Ride & Jeep Safari will be subjected to the approval of the Forest department.

Today morning checkout from hotel and directly proceed to Dirang. Dirang is a charming city located in the north-eastern state of Arunachal Pradesh. After breakfast, drive to Tawang. Sela pass: It is a narrow pass in the mountainous regions of Arunachal Pradesh, at an elevation of 13700 ft above mean sea level and it signals our entry into the Tawang valley. There are many scenic spots on the way to Tawang i.e. Paradise Lake, Jung fall, Jaswant Garh. Overnight stay at Tawang hotel.

After breakfast go for local sightseeing. Tawang is the 6th Dalai Lama’s birthplace. Tawang is a hill station situated at an altitude of 3500 meters. It is one of the most spectacular destinations for any tourist. Tawang is located at a height of 12000 ft above sea level. It is a land of Monpa Tribes. The main attraction of Tawang is the 400years old Tawang Monastery and War Memorial and Tawang ropeway.Bumla Pass This is a really beautiful place. This location is off the beaten track for those who love roaming in the wilderness. It is a fantastic place. The Bum La Pass is located about 37 km away from Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh, at the Indo-Chinaborder above 16,500 ft above sea level. En route, visit PTSO Lake, MadhuriLake. Evening back to Tawang. Overnight Stay at Hotel. Note - Bumla pass, Madhuri Lake, Ani Gumpha, PTSO Lake can be made on supplement charge by hiring separate vehicles from Tawang syndicate (vehicles from outside state are not allowed to do the sightseeing).

This morning after breakfast proceed to Tezpur. Enroute visit Chitralekha Udyaan, Agnigarh, Coal park, Mahabhairab Temple. Check in hotel and evening free for leisure. Overnight stay in a hotel at Tezpur.

Today morning after breakfast check out from hotel and directly proceed to transfer to Shillong (4,900 ft.), called 'Scotland of the East". Enroute visit Umium Lake, a majestic placid lake with its surrounding sylvan hills. On arrival at Shillong, check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at Shillong.

After early breakfast, drive to Cherrapunjee (4,400 ft.), the wettest place in the world. You will see the beautiful waterfall known as Nohkalikai. You can also explore the caves known as Mawsmai. Evening return to Shillong, enroute visit Elephanta falls and Shillong peak for some breathtaking views. Overnight stay at Shillong.

After an early breakfast drive Dawki enjoyed a boat ride on the river while returning to Mawlynnong – “Asia’s Cleanest Village”.
